As of July, 11.9% of the Windows Phone market are Windows Phone 8.1, gained 4.2%, while Windows Phone 8 dropped 4.9%. This pump most likely has to do with the roll out of Lumia Cyan and Windows Phone 8.1 to the global version of Lumia 625 and 925, although not everyone got the update just yet. Also, the Lumia 520 is still dominating the Windows phone market share, with 30.9% of the market.
While we are talking about devices, the new Windows Phone 8.1 handsets are doing quite well too. The Lumia 630 moved up to the 13th place, The Lumia 635 is in 27th place and Lumia 930 is in the 31st place. With those numbers, you might get that Nokia (or Nokia by Microsoft) is still the top OEM with nearly 95% of OEM share.
