Here we are again with some more of the iPhone 6 juicy juice. As we are getting closer to September, the more leaks we get. As you know, many information leaked out that the 4.7-inch and the 5.5-inch iPhone 6 will have a different launch date, and will both phone feature sapphire glass? Well, today, we got some light on that.
Two sources confirmed the same thing, the 4.7-inch iPhone 6 won’t be having the sapphire glass to protect its display. The sources explain that Apple did not have enough order to cover both sizes of its display, and decided to let one go out without the sapphire glass. Now, these rumors got a lot of questions since Apple has its own factory to make these sapphire panels to put it on the iPhone. To be fair, the sources did not specific what Apple is missing, so we just have to wait to see where the sources are going with this.
About the launch date, the sources claim that the 5.5-inch variant will be launched in December, and will be launched with the new smartwatches from Apple as well.
