For a while now, Windows Phone users on Sprint have been in a bit of a pickle. For one thing, there is no Nokia device for them, and the offering from Samsung and HTC is quite unattractive. With the situation, the carrier desperately needs a solid Lumia device, and today, it got one. Even know it is a last year affordable device, Sprint has finally picked up its first Lumia device, the Lumia 635 for its Windows Phone users. While this seems like it is just a trivial thing, but this is quite important for Sprint. Before this, Sprint only has the HTC 8XT and the Samsung Ativ S; both of which is now basic phone (some reports say that the devices are gone from the store). Now, with the Lumia 635, (free with a 2-year contract). This opens up a whole new possibility of high-end device for the carrier in the future.
