In the past month or two, there has been rumors of a new model of the HTC One series, the M8 Prime, or in today leaked render, the M8 Ace (I know, the name is weird), or what rumors to be the “Vogue Edition.” This rumor being released in China. But then, this brings up more question about this phone, is this the M8 Prime that we’ve been waiting for?
The source claims that this phone will have almost the same specification of the One (M8), like the Snapdragon 801, 2GB of RAM, 16 or 32GB of storage, etc… However, the rear-camera will have duo 13 megapixel camera (No Ultrapixels technology), the front facing remains at 5 megapixel. The phone will still have front facing speakers with Boom sound. Another major change is that unlike other phones in the One series, this one will have a plastic back plate instead of aluminum.
This phone is expected to be released on June 3rd for China market, with four color options: black, blue, white and red at around 481$.
