Although none of us got the full Windows Phone 8.1 yet, Microsoft is already working on the next version. On the benchmark website, WPBench, someone has put up a build version: 8.10.14130, indicates a Windows Phone 8.1 update. This can possibly the GDR3 version of Windows Phone 8.1 since GDR3 for Windows Phone 8 is 8.0.10501.127 or 8.0.10512.142. The developer preview version for 8.1 is 8.10.12397. So, the GDR3 version of Windows Phone 8.1 is 8.0.10532.
The update is planned to be released in the next month, and it brings double height live tiles and native folders app. Now, this latest build that this one person has tested, the 8.10.14130 builds, has been on this site for over four days. This will be available to those who have a developer account and have the full Windows Phone 8.1 update, like those who just purchased the Lumia 630 or 635.
