In less than a month, LG will be having an event in which, we presumed, that the company is announcing its next flagship for 2015. Well, at least that was our guess until now. The company just sent out another invitation, explicitly states that the event is the “official unveiling of the LG G4.” But that is not all. As you can see from the teaser above, the invitation hints at the material that make the back of the phone and specification of its camera. In addition, LG released a teaser video last night, hypes thing up for the LG G4.
The first thing that probably hits your eyes is the leather stitching. Now, while this looks leathery, it is not a hundred percent leather, or at least we do not know if it is real leather. Would we see some leather option, or even some type of customization for our back plate. As of right now, one thing that we can be sure of is that Brown Leather will be part of the options.
Next stop, we got the camera. Let’s start with the obvious things, the laser focus and the dual-LED flash are still here, alongside with the new design of volume and power buttons. What is worth noticing is that LG has put on the leather, explicitly that this is an F 1.8 lens. In theory, this would improve low-light photography, bringing more light into the picture. The lens features are also highlighted in the teaser video.
So, what do you think about a leather LG phone?
