As the event “Double Exposure” from HTC is getting closer, we are starting to have more information on what to expect. However, it seems like we are wrong. While we almost 100% sure that the RE camera accessory will be there, we still expect a Desire Eye model, see that it would feature a 13MP front-facer. Well, the teaser that was released today hints at the M8 instead of any other Desire devices.
The teaser shows an M8 with the date of the event. This teaser confirms the rumors that HTC will be replacing the 4 Ultra Pixel sensor with the 13 megapixels sensor that has been on devices like E8, One Mini 2 and the Desire line. Another possibility is that this is the back of the long rumored One M8 Max, successor of the One (M7) Max. As of right now, nothing is certain, so let’s wait for the official announcement from HTC.
