While we have seen a lot of handsets at IFA, we also see a bevy of Android Wear device popped up in several places, as well as other smartwatch like the Gear S Tizen from Samsung. Now, non of the device we see at IFA have an arrival date for just yet, except for the G Watch R, as LG just made a formal statement about the availability of the second round smartwatch available in the market.

According to the South Korean company, the watch will be dropped in the market in October of this year. However, it seems like this is only for the Korea’s market, so we still don’t have a global launch date just yet.

Just to refresh your memory, the watch features standard specification that we expected to see in a smartwatch, like a Snapdragon 400, clocks at 1.2 GHz, a 410mAh battery and 4GB of built-in storage, supported by a 512 MB. On top of all, the watch featured a round, P-OLED display, as wide as 1.3 inches diagonally, with 320×320 pixels. As announced, the wearable device will cost you around €299 or 325,000 KRW, which worked out is around $330.
