It really has been a long time since the last time HTC released a Windows Phone, and we are tired of all the One-Windows Phone rumors. Well, this time it’s actually a legit news it seems.

At the beginning of the May, evleaks hinted about a phone called the HTC W8 set to be an exclusive to Verizon. Now recently, evleaks reveals more about the phone. The HTC W8 will be based on the A9. Also, it will be running the Windows Phone 8.1, as well as carrying some characteristic of the One (M8) like Duo Camera (no details on camera specification yet) and Boom Sound.

We can expect this phone to be released around Q3 of this year. Are you excited for OEMs, other than Nokia start to step up on the Windows Phone platform?
