Now, there is no lack of mid-to-low-end device for the Lumia line, from the Lumia 630 and 635, to the 530 and the newest leaks Lumia 730 is here. But now is Verizon’s turn to get some affordable high-end device (according to Stephen Elop) for itself, and that is also where the leaked Lumia 830 tipped to be going to. So far, beside the leaks, we haven’t heard about the specification until today, as TK Tech News shine the light on the handset.
What he revealed is not much, but still quite interesting. The device has a 4.5-inch 720p display, standard 20.1 PureView camera-the source did not verify if it has OIS or not-which is common for high-end Lumia device, but it is the first time we see this kind of camera for a mid-range Lumia. Finally, the handset will support SD card. On a side note, the source did mention that the phone has “some decent specs” which is quite unclear. We also got a picture of what, supposedly, the Lumia 830, which reveals that it is running Windows Phone 8.1 Update 1, showed by the folder “media that you see on the left. Now, we do not know yet, and even the source TK Tech News, did not verify the picture or the handset, so we just have to wait. The handset is tipped to be available on Verizon and AT&T, no word on T-mobile or Sprint yet.
So, are you excited for the Lumia 830?
