Last year, we saw a wave of “Prime” devices, the minor upgrade of the official flagship of the year. We had the LG G3 Prime and the Galaxy S5 Prime. Now, with a name changes, we have a whole new lineup of devices. Not long after the HTC One M9+, we started to see rumors of a Samsung Galaxy S6 Plus emerged. Just yesterday, there were some rumors that Samsung is ready for this handset to be announced in just a few weeks. Well, we’ve just got some of the first pictures of the phone itself, from no other than MKBHD.
Marques Brownlee, now a full-time tech YouTuber, has just released photos of the Galaxy S6 Plus from an “anonymous source.” A few things that we can get out from these photographs. The phone is obviously much larger than the original Galaxy S6. The design itself resembles the Galaxy S6 Edge, and as of right now, there is no information suggests another flat variant. Everything else seems to be same on the back. Overall, the changes are most likely to be minimal at best. Again, we expect Samsung to reveal the device in just a few weeks, so stay tuned.
